Wow.  Makes sense.  Most toxins cause problems by causing deficiencies.  Imagine the deficiencies vary with each toxin.  Either way it is hangover city.  Best method I know to break addictions is to enjoy the hangovers.  Remember them well.  Remember when they stop even better.

Yes I literally thought to myself the taste of all this sugary goodness wasn't worth how I felt.

Now you know why it is easy for me to take a pass on girl scout thin mints, Breyers chocolate chip mint, Fannie Mae Meltaways, Frango Mints, ...........

Kinda feels good being able to write out past compulsions and feel blah about it.

Have you ever just stopped taking your magnesium for a few weeks to see if you feel better?

I was having issues with the beans. I read on eat beautifully web site that she soaked her beans for 4 days.  I started soaking them for 4 days and it helped some. Then one time, the Beans were in the fridge for an extra day.  I cooked them on Day 5. Day 5 made a huge difference.

My process is… date container with sharpie , 3 cups of beans in a container full of warm water. Let soak about 5 minutes, agitate , rinse , agitate , rinse. Put in fridge in covered bowl.

On day 2 or 3, rinse beans and fill with water and back in the fridge.

Remove on day 5 .  cook for 44 minutes in an instapot. I let them natural vent And or sit in the pot for about an hour before removing. You need to be able to smash the bean on the top of your mouth with your tongue.👅

Thank-you! I haven't used magnesium in a long time. The only supp I take everyday is 250 mg vitamin C. I digest beans very well, I soak overnight and pressure cook for 15 minutes natural release. I find they are pretty mushy at this stage maybe because I soak outside of the fridge? Right now I have an issue with wanting to eat them, I kind force myself to now. Not sure why, just don't seem appetizing anymore with just salt. If I add them to a burrito bowl they are more appetizing don't even taste them.
