Hey life's good. I am still alive and dont eat vitamin A . My eye sight is good . I see well . I soak sun and let go of worry .

ps :A reminder that focusing on health is important—but becoming obsessed with it can be a problem of its own.

It's sort of like Darth Vader (your picture probably reminded me of it) that he worried so much about losing Amidala, that he pushed her away.
