Kambo

Kambo is a purgative used in some south american cultures which is applied to small superficial burns made in the skin and causes very deep vommiting. The liver really purges itself when using Kambo, bile can often be of an orange or black colour.
Kambo is said to be a panacea, there are lots of accounts of people having great success with depression, chronic fatigue, eye problems, addiction etc. Effects usually last around a week noticeably, the day after the purge I find to be a pretty flat day.
Using Kambo would hugely increase bile production and get around the issue of reabsorption. it might be worth exploring

Kambo appears to be a serious toxin. I think there are other far safer options, such as activated charcoal. I'd hate to see people here who are already quite sick experiment with yet another toxin.
