I am new to this and wondering if Lamb is low in vitamin-a? I dont see it mentioned in anyones foodlist...

It is. I researched it early on and ate it a couple times but I just don’t like the taste.

I was going to ask the same.. Lamb is pretty good quality here in the UK even non organic. We raise our own animals and I've got a freezer full of pork.... *Sighs*

I eat lamb with no ill effect but stick to the leaner parts. My fav cut is lamb roast beef 🤤
