Low A vs No A
Quote from Guest on January 15, 2019, 7:31 amI’m wondering how effective a low A diet is if it’s still calling upon the immune system to deal with incoming A?
Meaning, if detox happens because the immune system is freed up from dealing with new A, how would low A even really work?

Quote from somuch4food on January 15, 2019, 8:54 amI'm doing low A. Vit A is not the only thing keeping the immune system busy, that's why I believe you don't have to go no A. I also think that most detox symptoms could be alleviated by correcting diet and lifestyle, but if you don't know how to correct it, you're better off letting the body deal with it on his own or you could shoot yourself in the foot by doing the wrong things.
I'm adhering more to the chronic inflammation theory. I'm working in a more intuitive fashion, taking note of my body's reaction to my actions. This iterative process will led me to a diet and a lifestyle adapted to my body.
I think A being labelled as a vitamin led to an unnatural increase in intake by the population and brought us to this point.
