Low BP POTS helped with zinc and low vA

I wanted to share my experience with low blood pressure. Mine has always been low and at times scary low, Even having POTS at times. For years I took a lot of salt and did at least one LMNT packet a day and my BP stayed low but not extreme. My sodium levels on labs was always at the very low end of normal and it never made sense- especially since I take hydrocortisone for adrenal function. I have been doing this program for about 8 months now and my sodium is finally in the middle range on my labs from a month ago. I believe I have been copper toxic (with deficiency symptoms at times to add to the party) and I never took a substantial amount of zinc before. Now I take a lot, and extra when I’m in a dump and I think that is the thing that has helped my electrolyte balance the most. I’m sure there are many factors but some solo research and a strong intuitive sense tell me that’s the game changer.

I think perhaps electrolyte problems might be why some people have constipation.   I'm a good pooper, but I have high mineral water and taking all minerals seems to goof me up, but I'm glad that she has found something that works for her.
