I've got two problems with it, maybe I can get some ideas from people?
All of the beds in my house are big, heirloom poster beds either double or queen
Husband says he will just slide down the bed and so is uninterested, but yet I think he needs it the most

Quote from Bella on July 28, 2019, 4:38 pmMy husband and I started inclined bed therapy last August so almost a year ago now. It’s funny because I had a phenomenal year of health improvements in 2018 due to two engineers- Grant and Andrew K. Fletcher.
My husband is normally a huge skeptic but he agreed to try inclined bed because we didn’t have health insurance at the time and I was trying to find ways to fix my pinched nerve myself and it helped that it’s basically free.
It worked well for me and my husband’s snoring is also greatly reduced. We even took bed risers on vacation because I hate sleeping flat now. We both noticed increased aches, pains and lower quality of energy and sleep after sleeping flat for only 3-4 nights on a trip last January.

Quote from Mokus on July 28, 2019, 5:31 pmThat is great feedback Bella. I have been doing it for a couple of months but haven't increased it yet. Bed risers is a good idea. I am currently using bricks but need to find something better so I can go higher.

There are ideas for how to incline various types of beds on Andrew Fletchers website: https://inclinedbedtherapy.com/
There was one example with photos where they had adapted an old sleigh type bed by taking off the rails that support the mattress and reattaching them on a slant. You may get some ideas there anyway.
I'm getting an inclined bed delivered today - v excited! I've been sleeping on a tilted bed for a few years now but haven't been able to tilt it enough really without stressing the integrity of the bed and I'm not well enough or skilled enough to adapt my existing bed. It will be interesting to see what difference it makes.

It’s amazing how natural it feels! Now being flat seems strange to me.
