Lutein and other Carotenoids

I found this helpful description of foods containing lutein, beta carotene, etc. from a site suggesting a lutein-free diet for autism recovery: http://www.saras-autism-diet.freeservers.com/Exile/III-5.html
The site is kind of difficult to navigate, but the information is good nonetheless, and I find it fascinating that this diet has been successful for children with autism.
