man eats butter and cheese diet

https://www.yahoo.com/lifestyle/man-hands-filled-cholesterol-ate-165957857.html

One of my kids sent me the story of a guy who decided to eat lots of butter and cheese on a low-carb regimen.

Yuck!!! I had a large milia that formed near my eye while doing a lot of dairy on the Ray Peat diet. I did not have high cholesterol levels though. I cut it open myself with a surgical knife.

To me, cheese is a delicacy, which means I eat 10 g here and there. Pounds? Too much of a good thing. Butter is okay, too. You can actually eat both in reasonable quantities and still do a low vitamin A diet.

I really think you can't go overboard with vitamin A if you actually get your bulk of your calories from starch. Rice, potatoes, pasta, bread. And when you treat veggies as condiments, you can't mess yourself up so badly.

Amen Mr. Hermes. And yes you can eat cheese and butter everyday in moderation. Mmmmmm creamy potatoes.
