Manual Liver Evacuation
Quote from Joseph on July 7, 2025, 5:25 amOpen question to all, has anyone had a liver drainage procedure done? There are several options to drain the liver, through a tube down the throat, or the nose, or a needle injected into the abdomen. The main difference seems to be between draining the liver into the intestine (internal) or draining it into a bag outside the body (external).
Most the literature I found seemed to be focused on bile duct blockage and its alleviation through the manual drainage. No one, that I can tell, is considering using external bile drainage as a quick direct elimination of vitamin a or other toxins.
Is this a possible solution to the problem of vitamin a buildup in the liver? Is there a risk of complication due to losing all that bile so fast? Any thoughts appreciated.

Quote from Jiří on July 7, 2025, 6:05 amI never heard such terms as "external bile drainage" so I just googled it
"External biliary drainage is a procedure where a tube (catheter) is inserted through the skin and into the bile ducts to drain excess bile outside the body, typically into a collection bag. This is done when there is a blockage in the bile ducts that prevents bile from flowing normally into the intestines. The drainage tube is usually secured to the skin and covered with a dressing. "
Why on earth someone would do this when you can do normal liver flush? I just did one yesterday and now I am still releasing stuff. It really is not fun process because you feel very off a from that epsom salt flush, from drinking so much lemon juice with oil etc. It is hard to not throw up. But I think it is essential for almost all people today.. If someone has zero stress in their life, have no hormonal imbalances like estrogen dominance etc. and have good diet their bile probably is flowing great, and there is no need for this extra mechanical push with liver flush. But most people are not lucky like that. I have to force myself to do them at least once a month. Some people need 10-50 flushes so they can actually even start to eliminate crazy stuff. Because how calcified and hardened that stuff was in the bile ducts.. I did only 4 flushes now. Every time with different results. Different stuff coming out. This time it looks like the most typical garbage which is non calcified solidified bile. Liver flush before I had some calcified and white cholesterol coming out as well. Some dr. from Russia was saying that this flush is dangerous because it can flush a lot of copper from the body. Well if that's true that is exactly why I need and most people as well lol..

Quote from Jiří on July 7, 2025, 6:10 amHere are some calcified that I had flush before. Comical how people say it is just mixture of oil and lemon juice. Yeah it calcified within couple of hours in my intestines sure. Also people use the same protocol every time and almost every time the results of the flush are completely different. Not to mention people do all kinds of flushes and stuff coming out as well. For example some people don't do empsom salt, citruis juice with olive oi at all. They simply just wast in day of the flush and at nigh drink a lot of warm ghee, tallow whatever. People report flush even without flush. THey simply had meal very high in fat. Simply the point is to have very strong gallbladder contraction from ingesting a lot of fat at once. That is all it is.. Anyways because of how much liver pressure and bad bile flow I always have and because how little in comparison with some people(even small females I am 90kg guy) is coming out. I have to push myself to really do them ideally ever 2-3 weeks and I think much more will come out.. Some people did 10-50 flushes before anything started coming out that is insane dedication and believe in the process. If I had nothing coming out in first two I would give probably because how not fun experience it is.. Maybe coffee enema can be effective as well, but I don't tolerate stimulants at all..

We have bile duct network in our liver. from the smallest canaliculi to hepatic ducts and gallbladder. So the bigger that stuff is the closer to gallbladder it was. Obviously the biggest "stones" come from gallbladder. So people often can see after the flush very small stuff and also very big stuff that is in different stage of calcification. So they come from different part of the liver or from the gallbladder. Some people reported severe pain if they have big calcified stone. It is advised if you know that you have big calcified stones and gallbladder attacks to soften them before the flush. By malic acid, lecithin, TUDCA, more magnesium etc.. They should slowly soften or even break down. So when you do the flush you can easily flush all that sludge instead of passing big stone..
There are all kinds of protocols like I said in the comment before. But I use the most used one created by Andreas Moritz. You can google Moritz liver flush..
You take ideally 14 days before malic acid to soften the stones that are calcified. At least 1 day before he flush you don't eat any fat. Just light meals without dairy, meat etc.. Day of the flush you prepare epsom salt into the water. THat is for intestine flush you drink it at 6pm and 8pm before drinking the mixture of oil and citrus juice at 10pm and in the morning you drink the epsom salt with water again at 6 am and 8 am after and that morning you stay close to toilet because you have diarrhea and watch what comes out of you.. Ideally you want to do enemas to help with clearing that large intestine before and after or you go for colonics. It is expensive I just do water enemas.. But they are not essential if your diet was ok before and you don't have blocked colon so the garbage from the liver can come out easily the diarrhea from epsom salt water should be enough to clear everything out.. After it's done I take some activated charcoal with water to bind toxins.. Once the diarrhea is done an you don't feel any bloating or water in the colon you can eat some brown rice with cooked veggies, oats or something with fiber..

Quote from Joseph on July 7, 2025, 7:20 amThat's more what I meant, where is it exiting the body (strong move collecting your poop for the community 🙂 ). I don't know that I have any blockages, no test has ever reported that to me and no doctor ever told it to me.
As for what the liver flush gets out, is the calcified material just calcium deposits? Or is it supposed to be flushing the bile itself? I'm working under the assumption that the bile is what contains the vitamin a but I don't know enough about the liver and bile in general.

Quote from Jiří on July 7, 2025, 7:39 am@joseph-5 yes the main way of eliminating excess of vit A from the body is with bile. So there will be all kinds of things in bile. The thing is most of the bile is recycling unless you trap it in soluble bile or you flush it out with force into bowels with ingesting A LOT of fat at once aka liver flush.. I can only recommend liver flushes. In general for overal health to keep bile flowing easily and to not develop some severe blockages. So you don't end up in hospital for gallbladder removal..
