Vitamin A overload can be a very slow process that takes a lot of patience. I don't doubt that I'll take some of what I've got stored up to the grave, but I am not on a super-low diet. I'm moderate.

My son tells me to try to break up tight facia with all sorts of things like rolling pin, tennis balls etc. Not necessarily just where the pain is, but all around. 1-5-26 feeling kind of blah, lots of bumps on torso and up middle back. Feeling kind of pukey in mouth. Fingernails all breaking off. feeling grouchy
1-7-26 felt much better today. Lots of energy, pinformus area was painful.have 10
Ate5 spoons of bean, 1/4 pc of bread 1 pickle before bed 9 pm slept really good until 3:30 am. Non stop feeling of snot drainage in back of throat.
1-14-26 starting to feel a little better. Pinformus not hurting as bad, mostly hurting in morning and stretching helps.
1-18-26 started eating 2 meals a day again instead of several meals. Wondering if I need a huge dose of fiber at one time instead of several little doses.
1-25-26. I Am feeling better eating 2 meals a day. Still have 100’s of tiny volcano’s on my back spewing toxic bile. The constant dripping in the back of my throat is going away. Sometimes waking at 12 to 1 am until 3-4 am.
Having sharp pain in my lower back if I move or stretch wrong. Pinformus pain is going away some. Have not been wearing tennis ball in back pocket. Soaking beans in the refrigerator for 5 days cuts down on gas about 75%, on a 4day soak the gas is a lot more. Fingernails breaking off. Bald spots in eye brows. Hair falling out more. Pooping better, usually 3 to 4 times a day.
This has been a bad dump for the last month or so, not knowing what set it off. Was it the onset of winter? Changing my diet from two meals to many meals a day? Stopping magnesium? (Still grossing out that the magnesium chloride I rubbed all over my self is the same stuff they use to salt roads with! )

LOL (not laughing at you, laughing with you?). I'm going through a crappy time too! I won't tell all the crap I'm going through but it is quite similar. Seems to be related to my New Years resolutions, one of which was to eat much less often. Triggering detox! Detox sucks! But that is why people do fasting time, because they really want to get well? ie, this is what we asked for when we decided to eat less often? maybe I'll post about my woes over at my log...
