Rough months.  What were you eating before this episode.  What did you adjust in diet?  What are you eating now?  

I was eating a lot!  
breakfast at 10 am , 

3/4 lb of beef, 300 grams of beans, 1/2 cup rice, 80 grams flat bread, 1 rice cake, 12 oz apple sauce, 4 pickles

Dinner : 6 pm

3/4 lb of beef, 200 grams of beans, 1/2 cup of rice, 2 rice cakes,pickle

What I adjusted…. 
I stopped eating as much.  I cut my meat to 1 lb a day,  beans down to 400 grams a day for a bit.

then tried eating  a spoonful of beans all day long.  This really screwed me up.  I felt like I had no control.  I have been intermittent fasting for the last 10 plus years . 

I cut out my oral night time dose of magnesium malate.  I also stopped rubbing on magnesium chloride.  I did notice after three days of no magnesium my dumping got worse.  I wondered since I stopped intoxing magnesium if I started detoxing? 

 

Right now I am eating this…

Breakfast at 9 am ,

if I go to work with my loving man , I add another dinner meal at lunch and eat breakfast at 7 am.

That is a lot of food.

Noteworthy on withdrawal of any supplement / drug / whatever: 

Nice to know which way the substance pushes the gut flow.  If it speeds up gut flow, withdrawing that substance will mean slower gut flow.  Worth grokking especially while intaking more or less of other foods and substances that speed or slow gut flow.  And for sure the worst combination is something that increases gas pressure while slowing down gut flow.  Ouch to the gut.  And probably rashes, boils, and joint problems.  Intermittent fasting can sometimes give relief.  Sometimes makes it worse, depending on which way variables are pushing.

Glad you are doing better.  Curious to see ongoing what works.
