You need a strong Th1 for a solid resistance against this infection and both elevated D25 and vit A shift immune response from Th1(innate immunity) towards Th2(humoral immunity).

Quote from Mattia on March 8, 2021, 11:44 pmHi @rockarolla thank you for the input. I'm reading about that now.
To continue this log, in the hope that somebody might find something helpful, I will shortly write what I did in the last months.
I went to a biological medicine clinic and with an EAV device they diagnosed multiple parasitic infections.
I did an anti-parasitic protocol with natural compound, strong medicines and rife frequencies. It worked. I started gaining weight very fast. Around a Kg/week. In total I gained 9 Kg. My mood improved immensely.
I still have a restricted food choice and my gut hasn't improved. Toxoplasma is still there and I have other strange symptoms.I'm going to see my doc today.
Have a nice day you all!

Well 30% of the world population are already chronically infected. 🙂
Simplified world map of global seroprevalence for T. gondii:

Experimental data on animal models show that the Th1-type immune response is activated against T. gondii to control the replication of the parasite in the brain.
Effects of Vitamin A Supplementation on Immune Responses and Correlation with Clinical Outcomes
https://cmr.asm.org/content/18/3/446The trials described above suggest that supplementation with preformed vitamin A might down-regulate the secretion of specific proinflammatory cytokines (e.g., TNF-α and IL-6) by macrophages, but seemingly only in response to infections by particular pathogens. Additional, more robust data from human trials would be needed to support this potential mechanism.
In light of the results from several in vitro experiments and animal studies, it has been proposed that vitamin A deficiency induces a shift in the immune response towards Th1-cell-mediated activity whereas vitamin A supplementation would tend to boost Th2-type responses
Modulatory role of vitamin A on the Candida albicans-induced immune response in human monocytes
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4232755/In T-cells, retinoic acid is able to attenuate the Th1-associated gene expression and skew the immune response toward a Th2 profile
Vitamin A deficiency decreases and high dietary vitamin A increases disease severity in the mouse model of asthma
https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/18209081/Mice fed 250 IU/g vitamin A showed severe lung hyperreactivity and inflammation that was associated with increased airway eosinophilia and Th2 cytokines. This study showed that high dietary levels of vitamin A augmented the severity of experimental asthma and modulated Th1/Th2 development with a shift toward Th2, which may account for the increased asthma severity.
Imagine if some of the "detox" reactions people experience when starting to balance their Vit A intake is actually an IRIS(immune reconstitution inflammatory syndrome) against chronic toxoplasma

Quote from rockarolla on March 11, 2021, 8:44 amVitamin D could be also problematic in this, specific case:
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3256336/
Similarly, host defense against Toxoplasma gondii (T. gondii) relies on a Th1 cytokine profile response dominated by IFNγ and IL-2 production.130 The potential downregulation of this response by vitamin D can prove problematic in toxoplasmosis. Treatment with vitamin D dose-dependently inhibits both in vivo and in vitro growth of T. gondii, possibly by limiting tachyzoite proliferation within the parasitophorous vacuole because of activity at a cellular level.131 However, no difference occurred in the total number of infected cells regardless of the presence of vitamin D, perhaps refuting a role in cell invasion. Interestingly, vitamin D may be linked to increased mortality in mice infected with toxoplasmosis, presumably because of its downregulation of the Th1 cytokine response.132 This finding suggests a delicate balance in overall immune response against this organism, and further studies would need to be done to establish the role of vitamin D among other variables in determining outcomes.

yikes that is horrible! sorry for your troubles @ourania
I don't think I had toxo when young as there was no cat history. But things did get worse for me about the time that we started keeping cats. Don't know if there is a connection, or if things just built up. But I had my first migraine long before I had a cat.

Quote from Mattia on August 29, 2021, 12:31 amThing are getting better
Here I am now after a little more than a year on a low VA diet.
I have done many things to regain my health. After eradicating parasitic infections, as I have already written about on this log, I started detoxing very strongly. Partially because of the toxins released from the parasites and partially because I was already on a protocol based on nutritional balancing science, the detox was hard. Two hair mineral analysis proved that I started excreting huge amounts of aluminum, manganese and a little mercury.
I got hit hard by this detox phase, my mood was down, I was irritable, no patience and low energy.
When the detox lifted, I felt like I was reborn. I was happy without specific reasons, and when I went to take a walk I had so much energy that I started running.
I am recently benefitting from the supplementation of TTFD and Iodine. In the last weeks my digestion made significant improvement, my stools looks like stools and doesn't look like undigested food anymore. My libido and energy are significantly increased.
Validated symptoms of VA detox
Despite the fact that I had many detox symptoms that I can't say if they were related only to the metals that I have excreted or also to VA detox, I can attest that at least a few symptoms were caused only by VA detox.
About to vomit: In the first weeks of zero VA diet I experienced a feeling that I was about to vomit, my mouth would start salivating just like when I vomit, but then it would go away. I have read another member on this forum experience the same feeling. This strange thing lasted only a couple of weeks.
Yellow stools: only recently, my stools aren't yellow anymore. Others have already talked about this symptom on the forum.
Small pimples on my triceps: they started in the beginning of my VA detox journey and went away after a couple of months.
I hope that everybody here kept safe against the gene therapy that governments and billionaires push on us. Keep safe and stay healthy !
