NAFLD Liver Disease Causes and Recovery
Quote from JohnPsoriasis on April 3, 2019, 10:13 amIf there are any liver problems the single most important thing I would check for is choline deficiency. It was proved many times that choline deficiency leads to NAFLD and supplementation with choline in form of lecithin (soy or sunflower) may reverse it fast.

I have discovered Grant's website just this week so I need to get more into his ideas but vitamin A toxicity is nothing new to me.
Personally I have witnessed people taking "just" 5 000 - 20 000 IUs per day having negative effects in a week: sore tongue, skin peeling on the fingertips, red sores around the nails,...
All these symptoms directly point to slowed cells division which renders the cells old and incapable to do their normal function.
I really can not understand how there is so many people taking MEGAdoses of retinol for acne without any ill effects?

Check out the thread about Acne
Seems like the general concessus here is that it dries out the sebum short term but causes problems long term.
