Natural Vitamin C supplement - UK
Quote from Guest on February 8, 2019, 4:40 amHi - i'm looking for a Vitamin C supplement that isn't ascorbic acid. I can really only find ascorbic acid in the UK. Does anyone know of a brand I can use that is natural vitamin C?

Dr Garrett Smith has written about synthetic a.a. not being a problem (nor is it a problem to take a.a. in isolation as in a supplement) but that you should make sure it is not from a GMO source.

I'd worry more about what is added in the supplement (colors, flavors..). I use 100% pure Ascorbic acid powder, water in mouth, powder in mouth, swallow. Disgusting but have had worse 😁
