Oxygenation of Blood
Quote from Ourania on April 24, 2021, 10:48 amBecause of COVID, we test the oxygen saturation upon waking every morning.
Every day it shows 99% or 100% for both of us, except from the clusters of detox days, when it falls to 92%.
Also my heart beats 60 to 62 never change but my husband goes from 66 to 89 on detox days.

Quote from Ourania on April 24, 2021, 11:37 pmWaking up around 3 am, dry eyes and mouth, ankylosis. Then in the day sadness, restlessness, inability to concentrate.
It used to be worse. On top of this Despair, losing lots of hair, waking up with a start as soon as I fell asleep, complete lack of dreams, intermittent impossibility to recall names, brain fog, acid in the eyes, photophobia, visual snow, all kinds of pimples taking weeks to disappear, split brittle nails, difficulty breathing, stabbing pains, pains under the teeth, inability to chew.
I must be forgetting a few. Now I distinctly feel a kind of cold chemical burn all around my body, worse in some places. This burn starts its work about 20 minutes after I have eaten, no matter what I eat. It must be related to the liver doing something. Very unpleasant, sometimes nearly unbearable. It does not last more than a couple of hours. It can be stopped by alcohol intake immediately, Not a good idea though as I suspect it stops the process. Also I suspect that fasting would do the same thing, both ensuring more immediate comfort but perpetuating the stocking of retinoids in the body with bad consequences.
Staying attuned to the times this cold burn happens has convinced me that there is indeed a Time factor, separate from the timings of the liver.
It could be related to the color of the light of day, in an ultradian fashion.
It could be related to stress, breathing, a sudden viral or bacterial attack.
It is the same cold detox burn. A pain I have felt and tried to escape all my life.
