Pics of lymph under the skin

So I am post accutane, post steroids, post Ray Peat style of diet... I have high TSH(was on T4 without any results a long time like 10 years. I just stopped taking it. Free T3 on blood test is ok..), issues with bile flow/production-digesting fats and I think that it is due to accutane and also steroids(Yes I was stupid enough to take steroids..) I didn't have normal stool(looking like brown sausage for a long time maybe 15 years..) I have also something like adrenal fatigue for years now.. There are pics of lymphatic fluid under my skin. It looks like that if I pull the skin towards the chest. Once I move my arm it will disappear.. Clearly it is lymphatic fluid that should have like almost water consistency, but mine is thick like maple syrup an it seams that if I eat a lot of fat it will get thicker so I can see bigger bumps under my skin.. I think it is because fat goes to lymphatic system and because the liver doesn't have enough bile it just stays in lymphatic system.. Interesting thing is that I never saw pictures like this on the internet from anyone.. I am on low vit A diet like 8 months now. I had some detox symptoms like 4-5 weeks in. It was almost like I was taking accutane again.. I think that I was taking and eating so much vit A that it will take crazy long time to improve my health.. Anyway I just wanted to ask if someone saw something like this somewhere..

Hi @jiri

I had a similar swelling of the lymph nodes when I was in my worst state of health. But, for me they were located lower down and more to the side. It looked like clusters of small grapes beneath the skin. Also, I experienced it directly on the back of my neck. It took about 6 months – a year to really resolve. At the same time my skin on my upper torso had turned yellow (jaundice?) and I had a lot of pain in my right ribs just over the liver. Although the pain in the ribs has almost completely resolved, I still sleep almost exclusively on my left side to avoid putting pressure there.  It’s a long road ahead. But, hopefully you can get past the worst of it soon.

Thx fro comment. Btw it is not swelling. It is thick fluid. Like I said you can see it like this only when I pull the skin from arm towards the chest. Once I move a bit it will disappear. Swollen lymph nodes I had or still have to some degree under ears and tonsils. One tonsil even hurts right now. Maybe it is some detox. I stopped eating buckwheat due to oxalates(I was eating it every morning for years) and I started drinking a lot of lemon juice for citrate that should detox oxalates..
