I don't know if you know athony willians. his diet is based on raw fruits and vegetables and supplements and strong shakes for liver cleanses. It is a diet with 0 fat, 0 protein. I KNOW very very sick people with chronic fatigue fibromyalgia autoimmune diseases. and close cases that cured their illnesses with that diet. It's the complete opposite of this and I'm afraid of hurting myself on this diet.

How long do you think you can eat like that?  What goal is achieved by eating like that?  Do you have examples of other healthy strong people and or cultures eating that way for more than a day or two?

It is not 0 fat and 0 protein. All fruit and vegetables have small amounts of both. Eat enough of them and you will not get 0. Why not look up all people who have been on raw food diets and gotten sick while on them? I personally know a handful.

What you choose to eat is up to you. No one here is forcing you to go full Grant. It worked for Grant, but not for most others. One previous member went on a fruit diet and felt great.

Many in this forum has tried many diets which all promised rainbow farts and eternal life, only to end up sicker than before. Raw food diet is just one rainbow fart eternal life diet of many... But what you decide to put in your pie hole is up to you and you alone. Why not try it and report back in a few years with the result?
