Mawson's got a new paper. "Rubella Virus Infection, the Congenital Rubella Syndrome, and the Link to Autism"

It's a banger. Especially sections 11 and up.

It is very interesting.

WOW!!!  This is  COLOSSAL!!

Thanks, Josh.

Yes it’s a great paper. Don’t let the title put you off. It’s basically a theory of regressive autism (hint: vitamin A toxicity caused by vaccine liver damage). Uses in utero damage from rubella as a model for this. Probably a way of getting it published. Totally agree DWL this is colossal! It’s the paper I’ve been waiting for (have three nephews with regressive autism & trying to stop their NT using CLO).

I had a horrible reaction to the MMR vaccine that I had as an adult, and felt that it was a crossroads for my health.

It took me years after this to actually become anti-vax.  But it eventually sunk in.  I can totally see how people who aren't anti-vax might not understand (yet).

Wow something this huge could disappear from the web.  A few of you "study collectors" should download it to your machines.

Not that I'm suspicious minded or anything.  🙂

fantastic review Josh, gratzi!! That one's getting printed and spiral bound. Wouldn't it be great to have lunch with Anthony Mawson some day. His papers have such a wide-grasp of so many things VA-toxicity related. Wonder what he thinks about our sub-clinical thesis. Probably worth an e-mail to find out.

Thanks for sharing this research. It probably wont be available for long.

Stephanie Seneff insists Glysophate interferes with action of cytochrome P450 family needed for metabolism of vitamin A. Her simple protocol might be of interest to anyone here struggling with detox symptoms.

I want to bump this thread because Josh's last post seems so very important (at the top of this page, regarding the rubella study,  ALL about VA!)

Disruption of Immune Homeostasis in Human Dendritic Cells via Regulation of Autophagy and Apoptosis by Porphyromonas gingivalis.   PMID:31608069     September, 2019

This one reminds me of the Marshall Protocol thesis; whereby immune cells are commandeered by cell-wall deficient, L-form, stealth pathogens that turn off the production of innate immune system antibiotics like cathelicidin and the defensins by messing with the vitamin D receptor, thus creating a home inside the immune cells and protecting their brethren on the outside to boot. (Lida Mattman, Trevor Marshall, Meg Mangin, Amy Proal, et.al.)

I did the MP for 2 years to no great success, but know that a lot of people overcame a lot of bad stuff by sticking with it, some in relatively short measure. Now that I know about VA toxicity, it makes sense that some of the people doing the MP got better after so many other things didn’t work for them. It had to do with the diet.

Many MP'ers were in the medical professions and a lot of nurses were involved in the original research and guidance on the off-label, and occasionally problematic, use of Olmesartan Medoxomil (Benicar); which was complemented by an assortment of common antibiotics at very low dosages, used to "tag" the bad-guys as the innate immune system got back up to speed by unblocking the VDR with Benicar. The diet was super-low vitamin D, we wore IR-blocking sunglasses and shielded from sunlight like vampires. It dawned on me after reading Grant, that the diet was also, potentially, a super-low vitamin A diet, depending on some food choices. Maybe that’s why some people got a lot better (almost all were autoimmune-disease sufferers, some with multiple) and it wasn't actually due to the immune-system, stealth-pathogen theory at all. I sent Grant's work to Meg Mangin, one of the originals, and she replied that it was interesting, but we didn't continue the conversation. It may be that once a professional is too far down one road, it's really difficult to make a sharp turn, especially if the theory seemed to work well for them personally, and appears substantially verified by the remarkable recoveries of many other (but not all for sure).

The study above has me wondering if there was earlier damage to the dendritic cells they're looking at that could have involved retinoic acid (as in, it was not being controlled-for or wasn't being observed), and then, whatever damage may have occurred due to RA allowed the pathogens to commandeer the cells’ weakened metabolism, and then they proceed to protect themselves in the process by altering the original metabolism to suit their survival. They talk about the induction of mTor in the abstract and there's over 100 PubMed papers listed under a search of "mTor and retinoic acid", including this 2019 study that makes the connection:

Retinoic Acid-Induced Protein 14 (RAI14) Promotes mTOR-Mediated Inflammation Under Inflammatory Stress and Chemical Hypoxia in a U87 Glioblastoma Cell Line.  PMID:30554401
