Question about the absorption of B-Vitamins

Does anyone here know if it is possible to be able to absorb certain b-vitamins but not others because of a damaged gut or vitamin A toxicity?
For example you can absorb vitamin b1 and b6,
but somehow cant absorb vitamin b2?
Im asking because my blood test showed extremely low b2 (even though I started mega-dosing it a week before the bloodtest), but I was high on other b-vitamins like b1 and b6.
