Read please, Iron

Please read this study that I am going to pass on to you. Vitamin A increases the absorption of non-heme iron and non-heme iron 3 times more. Vitamin A blocks the effects of coffee, tea, and tannins that block iron. The Masai eat a lot of milk, very rich in vitamin A, but due to their religion, milk cannot be consumed with meat. read everything please. Any animal plant food rich in iron with vitamin A is toxic for that reason. It seems that the problem is not vitamin A but its combination. The liver rich in vitamin A and iron means that iron is absorbed practically 100

Hello El.   I changed your title just slightly to fix a typographic error  and to add the word Iron so that others can find your post in the future.

Thanks

In another study, meat does not produce harmful effects. Meat and dairy produce many harmful effects. Meatless dairy products do not produce harmful effects. Vitamin A greatly increases iron absorption. boom

Looks interesting, but it's in Spanish and my computer refuses to translate it to English... 🙁

Thank you, I have another study that I will pass on to you if you want where it shows how vitamin A increases the absorption of heme and non-heme iron, and makes the iron blockers in tea and coffee not work and all the iron is absorbed. Tea and coffee block iron absorption. If you eat a food with vitamin A, iron, and tea or coffee, the iron will absorb all the vitamin A, blocking the blocking effects of the tea and coffee

I am also starting to wonder if I have vitamin A and iron overload as I am very yellow and am getting more and more yellow despite being on the low vitamin a diet. Has anyone tried detoxifying vitamin A and iron and what was the diet? How would you know if you had too much iron (as a blood test may not be reliable).  I did a search for what vitamins and minerals the gates foundation fortifies and AI said A, D, iron, iodine and folic acid so I guess an overload of any of these is bad and may be hard to get out of the body once overloaded or can affect organs (eg iodine/thyroid)
