Red light therapy?

Has anyone tried red light therapy to assist with VA detox, or other conditions?  I've found infrared and near infrared light therapy to be overall helpful.  There's some research that it increases melatonin production, which would help with sleep, and thus repair.  My family and I have found it helpful for skin issues and also GI or headaches.  Any other thoughts?  I'm curious if regular treatment might help with the VA issues.

I build home made near infra red sauna. Not for vit A detox, but more for heavy metal, copper detox and also just for good sweat and relax. Especially in the winter I am using it daily..

I thought about doing something like this a few years ago. Not much room in my house for it unfortunately

I just have a red light panel that is about 15"x 15".  It's easy to travel with, and large enough to cover a good portion of my abdomen at a time.  I know the red light exposure is supposed to increase mitochondrial energy, which should help everything.  Just curious what others may be experiencing.

Article on how red light therapy increases vitamin D

https://www.exercisinghealth.net/blog/how-to-increase-vitamin-d-levels-with-red-light-therapy

Is this different to the vitamin D the nhs keeps trying to get everyone to take?

Is this related to the sun dimming experiments? Would more uv light lead to more cancers?

Hope sun sensitivity goes down with vitamin a detox but not sure how if red light therapy will help
