restless leg

I wanted to report that at some point I realized what MY restless legs respond to, and how it takes less than 2 minutes.

It's really a sign that I'm breathing wrong.

I think this applies to us here because we have had a few people mention both the restless leg and breathing issues.

Intriguing @lil-chick. I will try this out next time I have restless legs.

I’d thought mine were a sign of high glutamate. I always think about Dino’s posts on breathing and its significance for detox. I think it’s of key importance.

Just came across this today, @jaj:

Apparently blueberries might be neuroprotective in that situation. 🙂
