Mouse study confirms: Eliminate Vitamin A to IMPROVE Your Health

By Megan Stevens: Web: https://eatbeautiful.net/

After 10 weeks eating zero vitamin A, baby mouse Lenny (named for the mineral selenium) is thriving! He loves to run on his treadmill and looks nothing like the rats from the vitamin A studies of 1925 — studies conducted incorrectly, yet which became foundational to our current recommendations for vitamin A. In fact, I’ve eaten a diet designed to contain virtually no vitamin A for over 7 years, and my health has improved significantly. I’m among hundreds of other people who report similar experiences, raising important questions about those original studies and our assumptions about vitamin A deficiency (and supplementation).

The 1925 rat studies deserve to be reexamined. Vitamin A acts as a toxin rather than an essential vitamin. Lenny has now eaten zero vitamin A for 10 weeks and is thriving. So am I.

This is so important. Question, does she have another video where she goes into details on this experiment?

Hi @bruce I think there are two other related videos about the experiment. I will try to find them and post them.

Hi @bruce

Here is an article Megan posted about her experiment:

You can find two more videos about the gerbil experiment on her You Tube channel:

Hi @livy how wonderful. Thanks for sharing those. I just watched one. And will watch the other.

Livy

I would love to see this experiment done over 3 generations of the same mice or gerbils.
