Yes, I can see a browning across the upper and lower reaches of the face.  (I have the exact thing going on, on my lower face)

If you look up pictures of seasoned tretinoin shill Dr. Dray, you'll notice that she has some sort of weird brown-yellow-orange-red staining around her nose and mouth. I developed the exact same nasty staining on tretinoin myself. Took me more than a year to rid myself of it. This is a rather typical "tretface":

Iirc people with hypervitaminosis A were also reported to have these weird inflamed ochre stains around their mucous membranes. Wonder if this looks familiar to anyone here.

I use AnuMed, after trying the NOW brand vitamin D3 cream. NOW turned out to have vitamin A in it, no wonder it made me dry as shit. AnuMed D3+K2 does not have any retinol in it.
