Reversing Chronic Kidney Disease

This progress report was shared with me a few months ago.
Hey Grant, just had my kidney function tested. It's normal for the first time in 7 years. 7 years ago my creatinine was 1.4. My creatinine then varied between 1.35 and 1.60 over the past several years. As of a few days ago, my creatinine is now 1.2, with a normal GFR of 73. I'm about one year on a low vitamin a diet. Add me to your collection of chronic kidney disease recoverers!
This now makes it 4 people reporting reversing their CKD. That's good news, and it sure would be nice to see many more people reporting the same.
