salsa

This is the salsa time of year, and hubs made some.

In his defense, he made it very "whitish" LOL. Yellow tomatoes, peeled cukes, green chili pepper, white peach, coriander.

I had it as a side dish for a few days in a row. It was cool and delish.

The final night I had nightmares about salsa. I tossed and turned and every time I got to sleep I dreamt bad dreams of having to eat salsa.

(shakes head).
