Searching for a vAe "buddy".
Someone to talk with about this vAe journey. More serious talk than just chit-chat. More private than a public forum. The kind of conversation one has with a close friend who shares similar ideas -- in this case, ideas about vAe eating.
Not looking for a paid "coaching" service. Plenty of those available all over the web, albeit only a very few are even aware of the concept of vAe. Rather looking for an email buddy with whom to exchange ideas and menus and have questions and critique going back and forth. Privately; not on a public forum.
