Smoking and Accutane

@tim-2 I have seen that you have mentioned several times that smoking is a (great) way to deplete vitamin A metabolites. Could you please explain the process if you don´t mind? (I know you are not advocating smoking, just to clarify).

I smoke cigars and I love it, but I do not inhale the smoke into the lungs, just the mouth and sometimes get it out through the nose. Am I still getting the benefits?

Does anyone else have any experience with smoking helping their journey through the detox process?

Thank you very much for your help!

PS: It is curious to me that many tribes consider tobacco as sacred. I follow a Spanish youtuber that travels to the Amazonas to visit different tribes. From the videos I have seen, all of them use tobacco in their ceremonies. In the video I linked, in the 20 second mark you can see that before the ritual, the shaman blows smoke to purify the body. In this particular tribe, tobacco is essential for having dreams (everything for them revolves about dreaming).

Interesting subject! I've always wanted to go to visit South American shamans like that. That guy should consider English subtitles. They seem to eat mostly white meat like fish, alligators, turtles, fowl and I saw them cooking plantains, a lot of white food.

I believe most of the vA lowering effect of tobacco smoke is caused by substances like Benzo(a)pyrene which are present in any kind of smoke. I think your cigar smoking will lower vit A even if you don't inhale. On my YT channel I have a video where I discuss smoking and vitamin A. Yeah I'm not advocating smoking but I think it's important to discuss because this is the first time in history that we haven't been exposed to smoke and smoke has powerful vitamin A depleting effects.

It was universally believed in the past that non physical entities were repelled by smoke. I noticed in your video they "wash" their body with smoke, this Australian aboriginal does it as well:

Aboriginal's believe that smoke assists with exorcism.

Sage burning is big for getting rid of bad spirits.  The health food store I visit always reeks of it, LOL.

We lost something when we turned off the camp fire and turned on the TV!

In south east asian culture incense sticks are believed to repel evil .
