Starting depletion
Quote from Guest on November 28, 2018, 7:50 pmI am a week or so into a VA depletion diet and have noticed less inflammation overall, but have experienced increases in dry/flaky skin and my mood has been off. My eyes feel very puffy and I am having problems sleeping. All of my skin feels raw and burns. Because inflammation in the gut seems to be slowly diminishing I think things are headed in a positive direction, but I am curious if others have felt worse in some ways before feeling better?

Quote from Orion on November 29, 2018, 6:20 amI used to have extremely oily and flaky skin, it has taken about 2-3 weeks for the oiliness to stop and flakiness to decrease greatly, still seeing awesome improvements in skin health. So happy how fast the body reacts to low/zero vitamin A intake.
Still having issue with long deep sleep as well, hoping in the coming weeks this starts to improve as well. Will report back on this one.
