I needed to disable self sign-ups because I’ve been getting too many spam-type accounts. Thanks.
Strength Changes
Quote from tim on March 21, 2019, 11:46 pmI have been following a low VA diet now for 6 weeks and I do pull ups every day so I can get an idea of strength changes.
I have been able to do 7-8 pullups in a row for the last few years, no more. For the first 5 weeks of this diet I have been so fatigued I stopped doing them. Yesterday I did 10 and it didn't even feel that hard. The only thing I can attribute it to is low VA.
