I have never had an incident where I my blood pressure was elevated, My BP normally stays around 115/70 - 120/80 . 
But today my blood pressure suddenly went high like 155/80 , I have tea on a fairly empty stomach , and suddenly i started feeling-light headed and had double vision. I understand tea / caffeine should give rise to blood pressure , but dont you guys think 155/80  is too dramatic of a blood pressure change . I took some antacids to tackle the acid problem . After 1-2 hours blood pressure went back to normal  . I am little worried
