Sulphate (sulfate)
Quote from Orion on February 10, 2022, 1:52 pm@christian Strangely enough even though I am most thoroughly sleep deprived over the years, I function well, usually about 1hr after leaving bed I feel almost normal. Waking up I feel so fatigued and foggy. How about you, managing well?
I have used 90% of the items at Haiduts store 🙂 all produced cons for me.

Quote from Hermes on February 11, 2022, 2:12 pm@orion An hour to boot your brain doesn't sound too bad. I need at least three hours, but I also get intermittent tiredness or heavy legs throughout the day, as if I were an old man, that's how I feel at times. Physical activity other than walking is out of the question right now. I hope the desire comes back as vA drops. It be nice to go snowboarding once again in my lifetime. The last time was when I was in my late teens.Hahaha, you were a power user of Haidut's products. 🙂 The same for me, I have probably tried most of them too. Do you remember what negatives you have experiences other than your wallet shrinking?

Quote from Orion on February 11, 2022, 2:27 pmHey @christian I am able to still workout with weights about 3 times per week, just quick 30min sessions, and I go for about 15min jogs, throwing in sprints when not feeling to drained or sore, few times per week. But I really push myself to do this, otherwise I feel even worse mentally.
oh man I tired so many of the products it is hard to say, but I never experienced anything positive with any of them. Disturbed sleep, wired/anxiety, sweating, acne, dandruff... could be healthy people react better, and probably a good idea to constantly monitor serum hormones when playing with these types of supplements.
One benefit of covid if there are any, is working from home, so much easier not wasting 2hrs a day commuting in rage inducing traffic!

Quote from Hermes on February 14, 2022, 12:53 pm@orion That's great you can be so active. I hope I'll eventually get there too.
Oh, really, you never experienced anything positive from the supplements by Haidut? Meteregoline is something I like a lot, it keeps my SIBO-D at bay. And I would have thought the other way about it: People who have more health issues will probably benefit more from these supplements and those who are in better shape might not notice much.

Quote from Orion on February 14, 2022, 2:54 pm@christian ya tried the meterogoline too and didn't help, I assumed that since they are all touted is pro-metabolic that they should help everyone. No luck in my case, anything Peaty, would always backfire and make things worse. Maybe once the VA is low enough, it would work for me, but ya to much money wasted, never going that route again.

Quote from Shannon on August 26, 2023, 5:27 amFor the record, my N=1 experiment here was sullied by sun exposure and I cannot reliably support it without controlling for that factor (which I plan to, as sulfate would be helpful in support one of the Phase 2 detox pathways!!!).
When I "discovered" this, I was ramping up sun exposure into the summer solstice down in Dallas, Texas while also switching to spring water who's source had a decent amount of sulfate.
But, my major event where I consumed over 3L a day of the higher sulfate San Pellegrino, I was also in the Florida sun a decent amount on vacation.
We learn....

Quote from Donald on August 26, 2023, 6:01 amWhat was your experiment @shannon, and why wat it sullied? Sullied because sun exposure makes your body create cholesterol sulfate and because of that you don't know how much sulfate you're actually getting?
