Thanks Grant @ggenereux2014 for doing the blood tests in your ten year update. Checking your serum retinol regularly is a useful service for the community and shows that it is possible to keep your values well below the reference range. I know checking blood levels is inconvenient in Canada, but the US is just a long drive away!
