Things that align with the theory of vit A toxicity

I thought we could make a thread of things we see that align with the vitamin A toxicity theory.

Here is one to start:

Health issues and the traditional Amish diet -

In clips from Breaking Amish, Mary says the traditional Amish diet consists of butter, potatoes, vegetables, meat, and some fruit. I think they avoid seed oils and prefer butter. She also has a lot of health issues - hernia, kidney infection, heart problems... and she said kidney issues run in her family.

Girl who ate mostly meat and potatoes for her whole life. She's very likable and very pretty - she has one of those faces my eyes are repeatedly drawn to. Clear skin, and slim. She has good midface development - this becomes quite apparent when comparing her profile to others on the show, like the doctors. She has better midface development than her brother even, who seems to eat a more varied diet. She does seem to have some anxiety issues though. In addition to her main diet, she eats chips and four chocolate bars a day. Four chocolate bars generally seem to run roughly around 400 iu of vitamin A a day, so still pretty low. The rancid pufas probably aren't helpful though. I'm also not sure if the mashed potatoes she eats contain cream or butter, but I don't think it would add up to much.

Boy who ate mostly yorkshire pudding for most of his life... He also drinks milk and eats chocolate and chips. He doesn't have great midface development and has significant acne.
