Things that have gotten worse on low Vitamin A diet
Quote from leap7 on July 18, 2021, 12:26 amJust like it might be good to keep track of all the good outcomes from this diet, it might be good to also keep track of the not-so-good ones, or "detox" symptoms.
Here are some for me:
Sunspot appeared on my face. Right on tip of my nose. This has never happened to me before. I think a few smaller ones have popped up as well, but fortunately aren't so noticeable.
I've never been one to suffer a lot with allergies, but I had persistent, sometimes intense, allergies on this diet.
TMJ pain surfaced for me for the first time on this diet.
My menstrual cycle extended to every 60 days...with spotting around day 28. My cycle used to come regularly every 38 days, with no spotting in between periods. When I went back to eating sources of vitamin A, my cycle went back to its 38 day cycle.
