@lil-chick Mental stress is worse. You can make crazy big deal from some small insignificant thing and it can stress you so much that you can have even heart attack and vice versa you can be in serious situation, but if you see that situation like who cares, whatever.. The body will not start that chemical cascade and cause all the issues from stress.. Some people are crazy good in controlling their nervous system.. Breathing is also huge in this. If you breath slowly and deeply it helps a lot.. Same with good posture. If you have spine issues everything is out of balance.. All that everyone can learn and control. But after that you have biochemistry like hormones, minerals.. It is very hard to control yourself if you are for example estrogen dominant, copper toxic, you have liver issues which we know influence emotions a lot etc.. But what we can fix much faster is our life style and routines. We know very well what is our source of daily stress. For most people it is job or toxic people around them. Once we are in relaxed and safe environment the body starts working so much better on its own..

@lil-chick,

I have been incorporating Dr. O’Mara’s recommendations on sprinting (off and on hahaha) for about 4 years and they are very beneficial!

It's hard for me to take anyone's feedback on this diet seriously when they are eating so many different foods (some of which Grant has explicitly stated have caused him issues such as lutein which is a carotenoid and found in Oatmeal) and taking a giant supplement stack (has this "vitamin" A issue taught us nothing?). That's not to say negative feedback should be dismissed. It's the most important feedback to listen to but it's value is severely diminished when there's this much noise.
