Tip: Sweet Cherries vs. Sour Cherries

I just learned today that sour cherries, such as Montmorency, have significantly higher amounts of vitamin A than sweet cherries, such as Bing or Rainier. Sour cherries have a moderate vitamin A concentration and sweet cherries are quite low. Please see chart below.
