Turkey breast instead of chicken breast?
Quote from Viktor on November 29, 2021, 5:24 amIt seems that chicken meat doesn't sit well with me, being pretty high in vit A. Even chicken breast, which is generally considered one of the lowest-fat healthy foods, contains quite a lot for a person who has toxicity.
What about turkey breast, though? Its vit A content is almost nonexistent and it can also boast a pretty high level of iodine.

Chuck breast when it is Cooked in water there is basically no fat. Maybe up to 2g per 100g that is a lot? I don't think so. That's why all bodybuilders eat chicken breasts.. But yeah Turkey breast is more testy. I eat them as well. Now I am trying low fat so no beef or park now.

Quote from Viktor on November 29, 2021, 6:46 amHi! I meant it contains quite a lot of vitamin A. I notice that after eating chicken I get dry eyes and a headache, which for me is always indicative of a vit A overload.

Quote from Jiří on November 29, 2021, 7:47 am@viktor chicken breast contains "a lot of vit A" ? No it doesn't... Chicken breast has 30iu for 100g which is nothing. If you want to eat meat that is really low in vit A and fat it's chicken/turkey breast..

Quote from Даниил on December 8, 2021, 5:07 amAt the beginning of diet, in me chicken and turkey breasts also caused some problems. I don't remember if it was with beef or not. And I'm not sure how to explain it. There is no such thing now. B6 maybe.
