Does anyone think there may be a connection between the two? Thank you!

I think there is a connection to just about every health issue and vitamin A, if not all. There are too many known symptoms covering a range of ailments where there are well documented connections to not think others of aren't also even if not studied. That said, there are studies on nerve damage and vitamin A. Grant has written about those connections though not sure if he specified the vagus nerve.

Was just reading the above article, and remembered your post, Guest! It’s an interview with Dr. Jared Younger, who is asked about the possibility of vagus nerve inflammation/damage as a potential contributing factor in CFS. He says it’s plausible. Seems like there isn’t a lot known about inflamation of the nervous system at this point, though. I know in one of his books, Grant suggested that A might be causing inflamation in the brain. 🧠
