Vanilla?

Does anyone know if vanilla is ok? Most nutrition databases list it as zero VA but I've found them to not be very reliable. I couldn't find any scientific papers about the nutritional content of vanilla.

Interested in this one too, vanilla is a nice flavoring for sugar sweetened rice dessert.

It seems like vanilla doesn’t contain A or any carotenoids.
