Varicose veins

Does anyone know what caused this and how to treat? A cursory search on the Internet does not reveal any connection with vitamin A. I have varicose veins on my leg and it is common in my family. So far, this has not changed in any way on the diet (3 month)

Varicose veins gone after 21 months on low vA. I think this is because this drives up utilisation of vK, which is blocked by circulating retinoids. If in a hurry you can try vK cream. I had one such vein for more than 40 years, due to a leg fracture. Invisible now. Good luck!
