Not sure if these insights could be considered unlocking the liver but I went through a phase last fall where my glucose and cholesterol levels went higher than they had ever been in my life. Then I started doing daily water enemas in Dec. 2023 and introduced daily NA enemas in January 2024. Within a few months, (spring of this year) my glucose and cholesterol levels dropped and have since normalized. (And according to the last blood test, I am now at 17 for vitamin a. Yay!) I do not typically have skin issues except for cherry angiomas and dry skin, especially on the lower legs. I use the severity of the dry skin to monitor when I need to take steps to reduce my detoxing. I came into this program 5 1/2 years ago with chronic constipation so that will most likely be the last symptom to resolve. (A pleasant surprise this year is that I no longer need eye glasses for distance! I still experience "wonder" at how crisp, clear and beautiful the leaves are on the trees, even at a distance. I catch myself reaching up to check that I am not wearing eye glasses! LOL.)

Yes you may use it. I will say that my va went up by five points after experimenting with adding green beans and asparagus once in a while to my diet. During this time, I noticed a barely noticeable decline in my eyesight for distance. But about 5 weeks after stopping these veggies, the eyesight fully recovered. Of course, this is subjective reporting. Someday I will revisit the eye doctor but do not see the need for the added expense at this point in time!Thank you much Virgi.

Quote from lil chick on September 17, 2024, 4:55 amI suppose she started the enemas because of the constipation? Not because of the cholesterol and glucose levels?
I too like to eat asparagus when it is in season here at my farmlet. You can keep the sprouts covered, which is I think a French way of growing them. Then they come out white... I've never tried it is sounds kind of high maintenance. But I think they have a gentler flavor too.
