Vitamin B6 Toxicity - Chris Masterjohn

As we might be interested in toxicity from vitamins other than vitamin A, Chris Masterjohn has an interesting article on vitamin B6 toxicity. He doesn't subscribe to a conventional dose-response notion of hypervitaminosis that is shared by everyone, as the B6 dose that causes problems for people varies tremendously. If you don't want to discontinue B6, you should supplement more B5.

The article may be paywalled.

Yes it is behind a paywall, so the gist of it is vitamin B5 helps with the neuropathy specifically?

Yes, but he goes into the mechanisms of why B6 is "toxic", which is not standard toxicity but overuse of the pathways that use B6, I think.

Here is a teaser of the paywalled article on X.
