Reposted from LYL with Weldon's permit.   Thank you man.   Good to know.

Weldon Williford
Just want to sound off about how great I feel right now. I have been "dieting" by just eating a regular 3 meals a day with no snacks and have lost about 11lb in the past 2 months and really leaning out. Normally in the past, I would have no energy from cutting back on calories and being so active. But it's totally different now. Sure I don't get the same "pump" as when I'm really eating hard to bulk but I keep progressing regardless. I always think before I do an exercise that the weight may be too much but I always seem to be able to complete the set and subsequent increase in weight. Also, my joints all over just feel "lubricated". I have zero aches and pains and I have played lots of golf and continued my regular workouts. I did take 3 weeks off from deadlifting for a golf tournament, but tonight, even after 3 weeks off, I was able to increase my overall volume from the last workout over 3 weeks ago without straining- and that's with 335lb deadlifts btw.. At 47, almost 48 years old, I couldn't be any happier right now with where I'm at after almost 5 years on the diet. I did adjust for the summer heat a few weeks ago when I realized I was pushing too hard by cutting my zinc in half from 60mg back to 30mg and also cut my niacin in half from 200mg to 100mg per day. I do think that's one reason I just feel so good right now is that I'm not pushing as hard as I was. The only recent thing that popped up, and I believe some have also experienced this, is by losing the 11lb of fat, I think I released some stored toxins in that fat and had 3 very small bumps on my face that I haven't had in a very long time. I think it's a combination of fat loss and that bad bile dump spell after the golf tournament with 3 days in 90 degree heat with 100% humidity. If you are early in your journey, I encourage you to keep at it and remain strict as possible. Within 3-4 years you will feel like a new person most likely.

You can attribute it to me. I think it's good and relevant info.
The snacks thing is key. Calories or not, when I snack, I gain weight. When I don't I tend to lean out.

I agree that when you open up fat cells you are opening up pandoras box.   I have more hot flashes when I'm more active, and less when I'm sedentary.    Opening up fat cells releases whatever is stored there.    I wonder if women who have no hot flashes have very steady weight, or rising weight.    I know two women who live together and one has hot flashes and one doesn't.   The one who has them is an athlete who trains hard.   Once again, haha, getting one a health kick can kick your butt in ways you never knew.   But pay now or pay later...I suppose.

What would adsorbing, binding and completely excreting the toxins from the fat cells do?

I wonder, @joe2, at this point we all know your point of view about LYL.    I am afraid Sand is right that you are crossing the line and need to moderate yourself so that you don't end up banned.    We appreciate your participation just cut out the LYL plugs.

By your rules, that means that when I find someone who proves vitamin A is a toxin and helps people heal themselves, if they are making a living at it, then discussing them here gets the ban?

Please verify.  Is that correct?

Yes, because we all know PhD's and MD's are trustworthy and accurate.  At least as trustworthy as the Rockefeller paid biostitutes who claimed retinoids are a nutrient not a toxin, right?  Curious @sand if you can produce a group of people willing to thank you or anyone else for their profound health improvements anywhere near as many who are grateful to Grant and the Naturopathic Doctor who must not be named.

@joe2 I can’t produce people. God produces people by sending storks with babies.

Yes, the stated rules are how the moderator-bot has been programmed.   If you want the bot to play by different rules, you might attempt to have the rules changed.    You may post suggestions on the rules thread, however, there are no guarantees that the suggestions will be taken.    Thanks for your participation!
