What is the RDA based on?

I have tested taurine, B1 - but not garlic allithiamine, benfothiamine, molybdenum (and there is a lot of molybdenum in black beluga lentils, lima beans, legumes), zinc... and these did nothing for me, zinc only at the beginning, maybe taurine a bit? I'm starting the eighth month and I have now the worst healing crisis and VA detox symptoms, I wonder how long copper saturation will take and whether the detox then slows down. And I wonder whether it is even possible to detox the brain - because I have many neurological and brain symptoms of VA toxicity (and I know 100% that heavy metals, oxalates are no longer my problem).

That is my main concern for the longterm, neurological and brain.  I submitted the question to Grant in one of the podcasts, and he is not sure but optimistic that the brain can heal from this.

For now @bludicka I have dropped testing all supps and have increased my lean beef intake to hopefully cover all the Bs and trace minerals better.  Plan is to go another year, 2 years low VA, which should bring stored and circulated VA down into the lower ranges.   At one year I do feel about 50% healed...  see where I stand next year.   Also will do couple more hairtests this year, and hopefully be able to get some blood testing done(VA, zinc, copper, iron, Bs, sex hormones...)
