I wanted to just off the cuff say: are they eating liver? But then I watched the first third of the video (haven't had the time to watch the rest) and got the feeling that the problem might be that you can't tell how healthy you are from blood tests. (and this is true for many things)

Shawn Baker interviewed Thor Torrens and has replied to a bunch of us vA folk on twitter. His typical reply is that organ meats are not an issue for him since he just never liked liver and never ate it.
