@ourania yeah the sun, swimming in the sea that makes a difference for sure.

Very interesting video!

My family have a house in Croatia, wish I went this year but it was at the time peak VA toxicity first started for me so I was unable to go. Hopefully I can go this summer as the sun would help me a lot. The sun is the one thing I desperately needed from October-December the cold here completely screws up my liver and health.

I do have a friend in Croatia and he did develop Crohns despite being healthy and active and swimming lots everyday. I wonder if he was eating high Vitamin A.

I spent years in good health in the sun and swimming in the sea, but vA sneaked on me, after menopause I started to detox so I kept eating more vA, taking chlorella, taking vK (which was spectacular at first but ended VERY badly with huge detox.

I took vD because it was advised with vK.

I'll not take any supplement again. Waiting for the spring to go and swim in the sea again and look at the morning sun. Lots of very interesting information in that video, not just sea and sun.

@alexm It would be interesting to find out about your friend.

Wow what a lucky guy. Where is the house if I can ask you? I would love to be there even now during the winter when there are almost no people.. Just relaxing, hiking on the fresh air..

I'm always outside and a male neighbor near me is often the only other person I see out there.  He told me that he hasn't had covid, despite everyone he knows has had it.  Guess what?  Me neither.

I wonder if the soldiers that they tried unsuccessfully to give the 1917 flu (in order to do research) were outside a lot.

Before tuberculosis drugs were invented, sanatoriums with large porches were the common way to treat the disease.  As was moving to sunnier climates.

We live in New England, I'm not in some sort of tropical climate.   Think Boston, not Miami 🙂

@jiri

On the island of Korcula if you know it, it’s pretty well known, like a 3 hour car journey from Dubrovnik. Where did you stay when you worked there?

Unfortunately I haven’t been able to go the last 3 summers because my health was so bad each summer which is a big shame.

I want to go this summer my only concern is if I’m going to be able to tolerate the food or not there. Since going low VA Glyphosate has become the biggest problem by far for me and because it’s a small island I don’t think they have many options for organic but I’m not 100% sure, they have like one big Tommy supermarket and a konzum on the island and that’s it.

So I really don’t know how I’ll do with the foods there but I’m wondering if getting a lot of sun and change of environment would improve my health so I’m able to tolerate glyphosate better. Anything cooked with oxidised oils also causes me issues too.

@alexm wow Korcula is amazing. I was on Cres...

@alexm You can always send yourself a parcel with no glyphosate rice, pasta, etc in advance and have extra supplies sent you by a friend if you run out. There must be a post office there.  You'll have to cook yourself. There must be olive oil there. If you have guests they can come with extra supplies when they visit. Good luck!
