Your summary is accurate enough just as Hermes' criticisms of posting links is accurate enough. Whether intent behind writing is conscious or subconscious, accuracy is only part of demonstrating adequate good faith.
As we discussed privately, my point is that this is a platform not a publisher. Were I a paid author I might prefer to use your editing skills. The platform carries zero liability for what I write. I have zero incentive to write what the platform requests or avoids. There was zero abusiveness in that deleted post. Zero bad faith.
In last few years, I endured more than my share of false accusations about the bad faith of my writing. So far and usually longer term, evidence of my good faith written words bears out. I have repeatedly requested others, whether bad faith or not, to be left free to write what they will. My only issue is when folk get abusive - ad hominem in particular. We each are free to ignore who we feel is worth avoiding.
The thread you left up is enough to clarify that I take criticisms seriously, especially when they avoid ad hominem. My questioning replies were mischaracterized from the start and eventually to some degree answered. Hopefully all my posts clarify my good faith and accuracy.
I understand your terms of engagement. I thought mine are clear. My presence here is by your grace. And mine. If some topics are too hot, that is fine. I understand and feel for those with less pain tolerance of scary thoughts. When I need to self censor to write, I take it elsewhere. That is a practical matter. I write for myself to clarify myself. I write whether anyone here or elsewhere reads it or not. I am far too familiar with what self censorship does to my clarity.
Considering past deletions for criticizing platform management, this reply is already beyond my comfort zone.

And although I take his point, I think he protests too much and that he actually does care. A lot.

I hear you on the war possibly being fake, but with real results. I take that to mean that the leaders of China and Russia are of the class of creature who have no nation and are in the club which George Carlin spoke about. I really wonder if that's the case (I hope it is not, but wishing doesn't make it so). Why for example build up China through NAFTA if the goal has been to "contain" China since at least 1965. Was it short term greed, or simply setting up a good enemy for a great cull? All I know is that I've taken the real black pill, and this country is not the one I was taught to love through, primarily, Hollywood. Independence Day comes top of mind when I reflect on what good I see in my country. Then I come back down to earth, where it's profit over purpose, and God help you if you are in a tight spot without a friend, because as I've said before, it's murder out there (for $ of course, what else).
I probably won't be going on the Calcium Connection. I am now a man who buys beef at food lion either store brand or better yet old store brand (manager special). I'm not quite a trash compactor - I keep tomatoes and heavy spices to a minimum, and I avoid like the plague all foods with Vit A palmitate. Gone are the days where I turned my nose up at food proffered. For the past few days I've had nothing but chips and sandwiches, the occasional eggs. Easy stuff. I am doing lots of manual labor with the change of season and feeling great to have good books to read and new sources of learning.
@lil chick Most don't want to know this stuff, and most really aren't bothered by it. I can't even post on my libertarian car guy site without everyone and their mother accusing me of being "hasbara". The friggin jew thing is incessant. The psyop is so incredibly successful that I don't have one person in my life not captured/captivated by it. At best they are indifferent. Still and all, when your country disrupts energy flows to the ENTIRE PLANET it doesn't exactly inspire patriotism. The same country that is fighting terrorists. The irony is so incredibly thick.
