Your Hair on High Vitamin A toxicity

Hi
I wanted to show how badly Vitamin A damages your body , apparently it is quite visible on hair . In this picture I am just 25 years old and I have greying as if I am 50

I'm 34 now and my greying already started few years ago. I saw some people here reported reversing of this problem but it still is not happening for me. It's possible I'm cheating too much...

I've heard that greying could be a result of insufficient copper
